Extremely rare certificate grouping to Meister d. Schutzpolizei Georg Burger. Burger served with II./SS-Polizei-Regiment 24 which was part of "Kampfgruppe von Gottberg".
Kampfgruppe von Gottberg is infamous for killing thousands of people in the East. More details can be found online including the code names for their campaigns.
Polizei-Regiment 24 was involved in the following campaigns: Hamburg, Heinrich, Kormoran
"Unternehmen Heinrich" took part from October/November 1943. Both documents were issued slightly after and might be related to that campaigns.
