Absolutely original Waffen-SS EM/NCO visor cap with removed insignia. It must have shown printed SS runes to the lining originally which was the reason this part of the liner was ripped off in the early postwar days. For the same reason, the insignia were removed.
This cap came of the family about two decades ago and stay in a collection ever since. It is available to the market for the first time.
Stunning "crusher shape". White piping. Period time applied chin strap.
No moth damage!
Damage to the lining and sweat-band. Visor sits absolutely firmly.
