Rare German M40 helmet. The type of helmet was issued to Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, Polilzei and Waffen-SS troops. This example was issued by Waffen-SS and comes with the remainings of one decal.
Paint: Original factory paint. Around 90% still present. Signs of wear-
Decals: The eagle decal is about 25-30%. A 100% SS rune decal.
Lining: Flexible leather lining. Still soft. Original cord. Size 57 marked to the inside.
Unopened prongs. The liner is original to the shell.
