Description

A nice grouping to Oberfeldwebel Georg Osterloh serving with Fallschirmjäger-Bataillon Schirmer and Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 5

Certificate to Ground Assault Badge. Issued on 20.8.1943. Signed by a Generalmajor. Two holes.

Luftwaffe Soldbuch issued on 21.1.1944. Original applied photo. Awards: Luftwaffe Paratrooper Badge, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, Wound Badge in Silver, Cuff Title "KRETA", Westwall Medal, and Ground Assault Badge. Noted on page 22. The front cover has two holes.

Deutsche Reichspost telegram with the original envelope and his student identification card.

Luftwaffe photo album with 130 photos. The album shows his RAD service and basic military training. Among them are shots of parachute jumps and photos in which he and his comrades are wearing the jump smock as well as the Luftwaffe Paratrooper Badge. Also very interesting are two photos of him wearing the Army Paratrooper Badge. Both photos must have been taken after 26.5.1942 because he also wears the Wound Badge in Silver.

In addition three postwar documents.
