Luftwaffe visor cap for EM and NCOs. Unlike an officer's cap which was always worn with a silver bullion piping, EM and NCOs had a colored piping that indicated the branch they were serving for.
Branch: Nachrichtentruppe. Brown piping.
Insignia: A zinc cap eagle and wreath badge from aluminum. All prongs in place.
Chin strap: black strap for EM and NCOs however mounted to officer's buttons
Lining: Grey color silk.
Sweat-band: cracks. Quite hard.
Unusual black cap band. A foreign production? Certainly not an untouched cap. Replaced insignia.
