Austrian Honor Decoration for Services in the Red Cross, 2nd Class with War Decoration. Made from silver, gilded silver and enamel. Minor chips in the laurel leaves. On triangular ribbon in the original case of issue by the company G.A. Scheid, Vienna with location in Budapest. Hand written note inside the lid.
