VIEW DESCRIPTION

Grade II (25) Panzer Assault Badge in Silver. This award was made by Gustav Brehmer from Markneukirchen, properly marked G.B. on the Panzer's reverse. This early produced example still features the third rivet holding the number shield. It also features a known but very uncommon catch variant with the catch sitting on a large circular base plate. (cf. The German Panzer Assault Badge of WW II, Philippe De Bock, 2021, page 927)
