The album is basically documenting the time at Neapel, Italy, where his troops had left off to Africa on 24.3.41. There are detailed photos of loading and shipment. Photos during the translation across the Mediterranean. The city of Tripoli was in sight at 7 a.m. on March 30, 1941.
Kübelwagen and motorcycles are shown after unloading. He and his comrades were visiting Tripolis before making their way to the front. Photos of Benghasi, Derna, the famous dental station of Marsa Lucch, Tobruk, Bardia date back to April / May 1941. There are photos taken during a Stuka attack on Ras El Medannar (Tobruk) on 30.4.41.
