A German M18 helmet. Basically, a WW1 period time designed helmet model which was however rarely ssued again after 1935 to both Heer and Luftwaffe soldiers. The shell received an M34 helmet liner most of the time and was painted with fieldgrey color. One or two Wehrmacht decals were applied.
This example comes nearly full factory paint. The shell however shows signs of wear.
Decals: one singel decal. Around 90%.
The liner is still flexible and soft but was oiled once. The cord is not original. The size looks to be 57. The prongs of the rivets were never opened. The liner is original to the shell.
Chins strap: Soft. igns of use and age.
Markings: No markings to the shell visible.
