Prussian infantry bayonet M 1871 with frog - Coulaux & Co
Description
Stamped "W 74" on the back of the blade (Wilhelm I, 1874). Also "Coulaux & Co." maker marked. Stains on both sides as well as signs of use.
A solid brass handle. Comes with an acceptance mark. Stamped "124.R.2.117" on the crossguard (2. Kompanie/Infanterie-Regiment 124, weapon number 117). Leather scabbard with brass fittings. Also stamped "124.R.2.117" on the upper fitting. An acceptance mark on the throat and the "ball".
With the matching leather frog.
