Grouping to Feldwebel Erich Pürstinger serving with Transportgeschwader 1. Awarded the Luftwaffe Honor Goblet on 12.12.1943 and the German Cross in Gold on 29.9.1944. According to our consignor, he received the grouping directly from the family. Some original certificates are still in the family.
Luftwaffe flight book "Flugbuch" from 15.7.1940 to 20.3.1944. The flight log contains 1016 flights, of which were 215 sorties ("Feindflug"). According to the award date and the dates in the flight book, the Luftwaffe Honor Goblet must have been awarded to him for combat missions over southern Russia (Kesselrowo and Adagun). At that time he was also involved in anti-partisan combat. There are two notes "Partisan" in the flight book.
Including numerous period time postcards, a Luftwaffe group photo, three period time documents, and a photocopy of an original report. The report is about Leutnant Sievert and Feldwebel Pürstinger who accidentally landed on a Russian airfield. A very interesting report!
