Description

An excellent etched blade on both sides featuring oak leaf decorations. No maker's mark.

Black celluloid grip with typical wire wrapping. Nicely decorated gold-plated brass handle fittings. Also a beautiful lion's head pommel with inlaid red glass eyes. The front langet bears the national eagle with outstretched wings. Comes with the officer's portepee. Original black-finished steel scabbard. It has no dents.

Length: 102 cm.

A nice sabre!
