Description

Nickel-plated steel blade showing the etched motto "Alles für Deutschland" and the maker's mark of Richard & E. Hartkopf Solingen. Light stains on both sides.

Brown wooden handle with inlaid SA roundel and eagle. It has a fine stress crack on the front and slight chipping to the SA roundel. There is probably a small screw in the handle on the back? Please look at the pictures, it looks like the head of a screw.

Early nickel fittings. The reverse of the lower fitting bears the marking of the SA-Gruppe Nordmark "Nm" and the "Sturm" number "21461". Original brown anodized steel scabbard with matching nickel fittings. There are remnants of black paint on the scabbard (once worn as an NSKK?). The top fitting is also marked with the same "Sturm" number. All four screws are present. One dent in the ball.

Includes the brown leather hanger. Fully working snap clip.

Signs of use. Overall condition 2.
