A very rare M18 "cut-out" helmet shell which was re-issued to the Wehrmacht after 1935. The helmet received a new period time paint and two decals. Actually, you can see that it has two sets of decals applied! There are still about 70% of the original factory paint.
Including the original attached inner ring and a catch of the chin strap. No markings to the shell visible. Missing leather liner.
A very rare helmet well worth getting restored with an original M34 liner.
