A German M42 helmet with a very light 2-color camo paint sprayed over the saw-dust factory paint. The latest type of helmet issued to Heer, Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, Polizei and Waffen-SS troops. This example was issued by the Heer.
Paint: Original factory paint. Around 90% still present. Signs of wear. A 2-color camo painted sprayed to the outside
Decals: The eagle decal is about 80%.
Lining: Flexible leather lining. Still soft. Original cord.
The prongs were opened ones. The liner is replaced.
