VIEW DESCRIPTION

Extremely rare Heer visor cap for EM and NCOs for smoke troops.

Branch: Nebeltruppe. "Bordeauxrot" color piping
Insignia: Aluminum cap eagle. Aluminum wreath badge. All prongs in place.
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.

Lining: Typical orange color linen. .
Celluloid diamond: in place. Cracls. Size "55 1/2" marked.

Maker's mark: several distributor's markings to the inside of the sweat-band. 1936 dated deport markings.
Sweat-band: Signs of wear.

A very early cap. Extremely rare piping! Only a few moth holes.

Very hard to find!
