Rare Third Reich Government Official’s Dagger M38 ("Dolch für Staatsbeamte M38").
Nickel-plated steel blade showing the maker's mark of Carl Eickhorn on the back. A small piece of the tip is missing and light pitting on both sides.
Nice mother-of-pearl grip plates with silver-plated tombak fittings. No chipping or cracks. The original pommel screw is in place. Includes the matching small-size portepee. The scabbard (magnetic) comes with two overlapping oak leaf bands. Original silver-plating. It has 3-4 small dents.
