Description

Nice document to Wachtmeister Rudi Neuhaus serving with Kavallerie-Regiment 5 "Feldmarschall v. Mackensen". 

Heer Soldbuch. It was issued on 10.6.1942. His photo and the swastika on the front cover have been removed. Awards: 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords, Close Combat Clasp in Bronze, 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class, Wound Badge in Black, 1939 War Merit Cross 1st Class with Swords, and General Assault Badge. Signs of use and one page is loose. 

Certificate to 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords. Issued on 20.4.1944. Signed by Generaloberst Walter Weiß, Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner. 

Certificate to Wound Badge in Black. Issued on 14.1.1945. Signed by a Rittmeister.

Certificate to General  Assault Badge. Issued on 1.2.1945. Signed by an Oberstleutnant. 

Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 3.4.1944. Signed by a Generalleutnant.

Ribbon to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class.

One document states that he was buried during the street fighting and therefore should now be deployed behind the front lines. Dated "30.1.1945". Signed by a Major and Stabsarzt. 

Kavallerie shoulder boards for a Feldwebel. Golden-yellow piping. Slip-on type. 

Furthermore, a pocket calendar from 1945, eight photo negatives showing his service, a postwar document, and an envelope.
