Description

A fantastic and extremely rare uniform grouping of a Ministerialdirigent of the Heeresverwaltung in the rank of a Generalmajor. An ornamented field tunic along with its matching visor cap. Both are extremely rare piece of uniform history!

visor cap with a gold bullion cord to the top and a green as well as gold cord to the top and bottom of the cap band.
Hand-attached bullion wreath badge. Missing cap eagle with a clear shape and pin holes for a metal example.

Two gold buttons sewn to the cap band holding the gold bullton chin strap. Fine orange color silk lining with intact celluloid diamond. "Beste deutsche Marke" stamped celluloid diamond. 
Fantastic condition. Not a single moth hole. Size 55/56. One of the rarest visor caps you can find once it comes to visor caps of the German Wehrmacht.

Ornamented field tunic with gold buttons. Hand-embroidered gold bullion general's breast eagle period time attached by hand. Textbook Heeresverwaltung collar tabs for General ranks. Period time attached by machine. Excellent "Generalmajor" shoulder boards for a Ministerialdirigent. Silvered "HV" (Heeresverwaltung" ciphers. Red generals color with a dark green backing (officials) and with silver cords showing green lines! 

There are three loops for a ribbon bar as well as two pair of loops for awards. Attached War Merit Cross ribbon.
Green piping for officials around the cuffs and the button line as well as the collar. 
A few small areas with moth damage. Generally in very nice condition. About 4cm of the seam of the right upper pocket have opened.

Fine green silk lining. 

Both, visor cap and tunic, belonged to the same person!
