Extremely rare untouched TeNo hewer for Unterführer. Complete with the original hanger and the period time mounted portepee. A fine example made by Eickhorn with numbers matching. Blade and scabbard do both show the number "3591".
White grip. Period time black painted scabbard without dents or damage. Matching metal fittings with all of the four screws unopened. Bits of the silver finish missing to the handle however no corrosion to the zinc material. Normal signs of wear!
Fantastic leather handle with an Assmann maker marked metal clipper. Intact horizontal leather closure with signs of use to the button hole. Fine portepee in matching condition.
Clean blade with "GES.GESCH." markings, a TeNo eagle marking and an EICKHORN maker's mark. With smooth blade. No pitting. Minor stains which will clean off.
Very nice condition 2. Untouched and very rare like that!
