Description
Important imperial naval officer's sabre to the later Admiral von Krosigk. 
 
Nice real damascus blade with etched naval ornaments. Rest of original gilding remaining. Minor pitting. Cleaned once. W.K.&C. maker marked.
 
One bend to the leather finished scabbard. Original applied brass fittings. Matching patina.
 
Brass handle. White ivory handle without chips. Correct officer's portepee. Black glass eyes to the lion's head. 
Engraved "v. Krosigk".
 
Length: 92cm.
