Very fine early Luftwaffe 4-pocket tunic for a "Spieß" in the rank of a Oberfeldwebel. A recipient of the Spanish Cross and Legion Condor veteran.
Fine early tunic construction with 100% period time attached insignia. Collar tabs attached by machine. Early stitched breast eagle attached by hand as it should be. Brown piping around the collar. Nice shoulder boards. The tress around the collar, the sleeves and the shoulder boards show exactly the same patina. Two horizontal strips to both sleeve indicating he served as a "Spieß".
Two pair of loops for awards to its left breast pocket and one pair of loops for a Spanish Cross to its right breast pocket.
A very nice hand-stiched radio operator sleeve badge with cord.
Fine silk lining. No tailor's or name tag.
One front button missing. Two nice period time attached press buttons allow a more fashionable look.
