A fine aluminum Luftwaffe sword and Borddolch presented to Ing.Oblt. H. Becher by Arado company in 1942.
Sword with nice leather finished grip and with intact wire. Original gold finish to all swastikas.
Leather hanger with L&F as well as DRGM marked catch.
Leather finished scabbard with aluminum fittings. Screws never opened.
Top fitting engraved:
"Ing.Oblt. H. Becher ARADO AR196 1942" to one side and engraved with factory emblem to the other side.
Blade maker marked SMF Solingen. A small Luftwaffe stamp. Minor stamps.
Very nice condition 2+.
Length: 88cm
Borddolch with identical engraving to the scabbard. A fine Eichhorn made example with maker marked blade. Minor signs of use and age. Minor damage to the leather of the scabbard. Condition 2.
