A Third Reich period time carved wooden wall plate. It shows a stylized life tree coming out of a SS marked jug. Two deer to the left and right side. The plate shows swastika bordering.
The reverse shows an engraved date in runic style: 18. MÄRZ 1939. The center rune is unknown to us. The date looks to be engraved quite sloppy and was certainly not done by the artist of that plate. Probably privately added by the person who owned that plate to remember the date he got it.
