Description
Important grouping to the Stuka pilot Oberleutnant Wolfgang Bethge serving with Kampfgeschwader 1 "Hindenburg". Bethge was awarded the Honor Goblet for outstanding achievements and the German Cross in gold for bravery. Bethge was shot down on 2.3.1942 during his 227th enemy mission attacking Staroja-Russa in the age of 24.
 
Early, real silver honor goblet. "835" silver stamped as well as stamped with half-moon, crown and eagle as it should be. JOH. WAGNER & SOHN maker marked. Weight: 446,3 gr. Height: 21cm.
Nice condition 2.
 
Case of issue opening and closing correctly. Silk lining. Blue velvet inlay. Wooden inside construction. Size: 26cm x 15,5cm x 11,5cm. Good condition 2.
 
Certificate to the 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class. Issued on 11.12.1940. Original ink signature of Sperrle. Not folded. Two holes. Very nice condition. 
 
Certificate to the 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 9.9.1940. Original ink signature of a Gneraloberst. Folded once. Two holes. Nice condition. 
 
Certificates to the Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in bronze, silver and gold. Issued on 17.3., 17.8. and 20.5. 1941. All in very nice condition and not folded. Two holes. Original with an original ink signature of Generalmajor Karl Angerstein.
 
Luftwaffe certificate to the German Cross in gold. Issued on 14.2.1942. Very nice condition. Not folded. No holes. Minor wrinkles. Condition 1-
 
Certificate for the Honor Goblet issued on 10.7.1941. Folded once. Very nice condition.
 
Certificate to the Pilot's Badge. Folded once. 9.3.1940 issued. Very nice condition. Original signature of Gustav Kastner-Kirdorf. 

Interesting documents relating to his death. Original death notice card as well as other documents providing more information on Bethge.
 
Original Wehrpaß with original attached photograph with a lot of information on his service time. Many campaigns noted. All awards and noted as well. Very nice condition.
