Late war 1945 document grouping to SS-Sturmmann Kurt Moritz serving with SS-Freiwillige-Grenadier-Regiment 86 "Schill" which was part of 32. SS-Freiwilligen-Grenadier-Division „30. Januar“.
Moritz was killed in action by a splinter shell on 1.3.1945 at Vogelsang. He was buried at "Heldenfriedhof Fünfeichen". Moritz was born in 1926.
There are a lot of information on his death and his grave as well as a promotion document and documents on his service time.
One document proof he was awarder the Wound Badge in black and the Infantry Assault Badge in silver (red SS-Stammkarte").
There is his Wehrpaß with match dog tag. There is only the half since the other half would have remained at the body.
There are many loose pages however, all pages are complete. Rust. Original attached photo damaged and faded.
