All items in this lot definitely belonged to SS VT man Ernst Seiler. SS number 268 320. A wonderful, rather early 1930s grouping.
Bread bag with original attached name tag "Seiler, Ernst SS-Nr. 268 320". Ink stamp: "VA 402/39 SS". All buttons and straps original attached and intact. One mouse eaten hole to the right top. Front side.
Canteen with matching black cup. Cup shows hi initials "ES" scratched into the front side. HRE39 maker marked and dated to all parts: bottle, closure, cup, felt. Some moth damage. Leather straps soft.
Clothing bag. Unmarked. Not named. Good condition. Typical SS-VT "green" cloth.
Black aluminum mess kit. SS 39/34 RZM stamped to the bottom part. Original black color. "Horn 308" scratched into the closing part.
Pack M34. "Moritz Stecher 1939" maker marked and dated. "Seiler" named to the right of the stamp. Hard to read. Hand-written. Other markings to the straps. Complete. Some damage.
