Description
Very early 4-pocket service tunic for an Infanterie Schütze.  Probably around 1935/1936. Machine-stiched "23" cyphers for Infanterie-Regiment 23. Collar tabs attached by machine.
The breast eagle is a little later than the tunic. Machine-woven officer's type which was often worn with parade tunics. It was certainly not added in 1935/36 but later for fashion reason.

Typical "Gesellschaftsrock" cut. Vertical white piping.
Minor moth damage. Well worn.

Size S.
