Medal 'Winterschlacht im Osten 1941-42' (or eastern-front- ie. 'Ost'-medal) that comes mounted on its 'Austrian-styled' ribbon (ie. 'am Dreiecksband'). The award - which was clearly issued and/or worn - shows moderate age, wear and/or staining. It was, however, never cleaned nor polished.
