Luftwaffe, pilots'-armband compass (type: 'AK39') of the make: 'Kadlec' that comes in its period, carton-based pouch. The piece comes mounted on its (bluish-grey-coloured- and period-) leather-based strap and retains almost all of its fluid (something that is not always the case). The piece has a black-coloured- and resin-based housing that is clearly marked on its back (with type, 'Baumuster' and/or: 'Anforderzahl'. It came stored in its (rarely seen!) two-pieced carton-based pouch (ie. 'Schachtel') that is functional and that shows a paper-based etiket that reads: 'Kadlec-Prag X. - Armbandkompass - FL23235 - AK39'. The piece was never used nor issued and comes in a wonderful, untouched condition.
