August 1939 issued Soldbuch to Stabsgefreiter Helmut Gebauer which was used right until the end of the war. Late war 1944/45 notes. Awarded the Spanish Medal de la Campagna for serving during the Spanish Civil War with Legion Condor. Awarded the Spanish Cross in silver and the Cruz Roja. Awarded the Flak Badge on 1.1.1945. Part of the grouping is a January 19454 issued certificate for the War Merit Cross 2nd Class which is not noted in the Soldbuch.
