Waffen-SS, assault-gunners 'wrap-around'-tunic (ie. 'SS-Panzerschützanzug') as was produced in greenish-coloured HBT- (ie. 'Drillich'-) material. The piece was with certainty issued and was moderately used and/or worn. All (carton-based-) buttons (which are marked: 'Solide - Elegant' on their fronts) are present and in place. The piece shows a single inside-pocket (as to be expected) and shows a silverish-grey-coloured- and 'BeVo'-woven arm-eagle attached (which is period-sewn onto the tunic by means of so-called: 'zig-zag'-stitching). Both internal cords (present to vary the tunics' waist are not anymore present: they are broken-off over the years). The piece is void of any maker- (ie. size-) stamp: this might, however, be washed away during regular usage and/or wear. The tunic came with a - matching - pair of bright-red-piped, NCO-type shoulder-straps having the 'silk-like'-type piping. This pair shows the (standard-pattern) bright-silver-coloured, NCO-braid attached denoting the NCOs'-rank of: 'SS-Unterscharführer' (or junior-sergeant). The pair - sized 11 cms. in length - is equally hardly worn and shows some minimal age, wear and/or staining. The tunic is fairly sized and will with certainty fit a medium-sized mannequin: it has a waist of approximately: 80 cms. Simply an untouched and rarely seen 'SS-Panzerschützanzug in Drillich'!
