Waffen-SS, period portrait-photo depicting a horse and officer ('SS-Führer') wearing a visor-cap (ie. 'Schirmmütze'). The larger-sized photo-portrait measures 18 x 24 cms. and comes period-mounted onto a piece of carton (next to this does it come with a loose, carton-based 'frame'). The portrait shows interesting details such as the visor-cap (ie. 'Schirmmütze') and standard-pattern tunic, being worn.
The portrait shows a written text (ie. dedication) that is regrettably hard to read: it presumably shows a name 'Wolf' and/or date: '1938'.
