Kriegsmarine photo album of Berthold Rohweder serving with Panzerschiff Admiral Graf Spee. Nice official album with a color cover. 196 photos inside this album documenting the history of this famous ship during the Third Reich.
The album begins in 1934 when the Graf Spee was commissioned. It shows quite a few pictures of the commander and there are original photos of Adolf Hitler. There are many photos taken in 1936 and later when the Graf Spee was part of the Spanish Civil War. Actually the majority of photos were taken in Spain. Most of them are nicely subtitled. The last page shows one photo taken in 1943.
