Soldbuch to Unteroffizier Paul Freund serving with Feldersatz-Batl.367 and also Gren.Ers.Btl.199 "List". Freund was awarded the Close Combat Clasp in bonze on 22.10.1943. Furthermore the Wound Badge in black, the Iron Cross 2nd Class,, the Infantry Assault Badge in silver and the East Medal.
One of the last pages lists his 14 days of close combat which is really rare!
