The cuterly set was used in the Luftnachrichtenkaserne Augsburg. During the period from 1937 to 1945, the Luftnachrichten-Regiment 15 and 7. Luftwaffen-Fernmelde-Regiment were stationed there. After the war, the barracks were occupied by the US Army and renamed in "Sheridan-Kaserne".
The
set comes with six forks, six spoons and six knifes. "LUFTN. AUGSBURG" with Luftwaffe eagle marked as well as "WMF" maker marked.
Inside period time however, not the original case for the cutlery.
