Grouping to Leutnant Alfred Bergmann serving with Schwere-Artillerie-Abteilung 848. He volunteered to 3./Artillerie-Regiment 14 on 2.11.1937 and visited later the "Waffenschule der Artillerie" for officer's.
The Wehrpaß comes with the original attached photography. Issued 8. July 1937. His units are listed on page 12. Alfred Bergmann was awarded with the 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class (page 23) and two prewar awards. Noted on page 21. He was involved in the first World War II battle on 01.09.1939 against Poland. Campaign list from 01.09.1939to 15.10.1941 on page 32/33. Killed in action on 15.10.1941 at Rshew.
