Description
Fine Heer infantry visor cap attributed to Knight's Cross recipient Obergefreiter d.R. Anton Dicke. Dicke served as Gruppenführer 5./Grenadier-Regiment 3 when he was awarded the Knight's Cross on 21.2.1943. The award was posthumously awarded since Dicke was killed in action on 26.1.1943 in the East.

Fine early visor cap with silk lining and an intact "Extra-Klasse Stirndruckfrei" marked celluloid diamond. EM/NCO pattern.
Paper name tag to Anton Dicke. Printed.

Original attached aluminum insignia.
Very nice condition however slightly moth damaged.
Size 58.

Provenience: Apart from the name tag, there is no further provenience. Our consignor allowed the starting price to be as low as a standard unnamed visor cap.
