Damascus Prussian officer's parade sabre

Description
Impressive Prussian infantry officer's parade sabre with damascus blade. This sabre was presented to "Walter Petersen" by his comrades Schultz, von Neuhauß, and von Ammon. Dedication etched to one side: "Schutz, von Neuhauß, von Ammon s./l. Walter Petersen".
The other side of the damascus blade shows a etched saying "Dem Feind zum Trutz - Der Ehre Schutz". The third side of the blade shows the marking of the seller: "M.NEUMANN, HOFLIEFERANT BERLIN".
The damascus blade is in good condition with minor signs of age. It comes with nice patina.
 
Gilt, brass handle with Prussian eagle. Original attached officer's portepee. Rayskin finished grup with intact metal wire and gilt brass monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II. 
Blackened scabbard one dent of a few lighter bents due to extensive wear and use. Minor black paint.
 
Good condition 2.
