Description

Fine document grouping to Oberfeldwebel Lothar Neumann serving with Kampfgeschwader 53 "Legion Condor". Killed in action on 9. April 1942 on the Eastern Front.

Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 1. June 1940. Signed by Generalleutnant Bruno Loerzer (Knight's Cross winner). Once folded.

Certificate to Luftwaffe Radio Gunner Badge. Issued on 11. September 1940. Signed by a Generalmajor. Folded.

Certificate to Wound Badge in black. Issued on 11. November 1940. Signed by an Oberstabsarzt. Folded.

Certificate to Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in bronze. Issued on 26. September 1941. Signed by Oberstleutnant Paul Weikus (Knight's Cross winner). Once folded.

Certificate to Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in silver. Issued on 13. March 1942. Signed by Oberst Hans-Joachim Rath (Knight's Cross winner). Once folded.

Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class. Issued on 7. May 1942. Signed by Generaloberst Alfred Keller (Knight's Cross winner). Once folded. Alfred Keller was the founder of the "Ordensgemeinschaft der Ritterkreuzträger" in 1955.

Certificate to East Medal. Issued on 16. August 1942. Signed by a Major. Once folded.

Wehrpass issued on 15.September 1936 with original photography. His units are listed on page 12 and 13. Awards: German Sports Badge, Luftwaffe Radio Gunner Badge, Wound Badge in black, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd and 1st Class, Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in bronze and silver. Campaign list from 10. May 1940 until his death on 9. April 1942. Noted on page 32 and 34.

Six period time photographs. Including three of his grave and one nice portrait photography of a K.G. 53 Knight's Cross winner. Reverse with a dedication "in memory of Lothar". Dated 24.3.1944. Please note the signature. The same Major has also signed the certificate to East Medal. Unfortunately, we could not find out his name.

Furthermore three Feldpost letters and two period time documents as well as one calendar from 1942. With personal notes of  Lothar Neumann.
