Rare photo album of a Kriegsmarine officer serving on board Hitler's "Aviso Grille" containing excellent and rare photographs.E
Early photos of his FAD/RAD service time as well as service time with the SA. Early Reichsparteitag photos. He joined in Kriegsmarine in 1935 and was one of the first soldiers.He started to serve with 2. Schiffs-Stammabteilung Ostsee but was called to the "Aviso Grille" later in war which was the official Third Reich state yacht, used by Adolf Hitler and other high ranking Third Reich individuals. The album contains numerous photos of the Third Reich "VIP's":
Generalfeldmaschall von Blomberg, Generalfeldmaschall von Brauchitsch, Adolf Hilter, Rudolf Hess, Reichsaußenminister von Ribbentrop, Generaladmiral Carls, Heinrich Himmler, Miklós Horthy (Regent of Hungary), Generalfeldmaschall Keitel and Großadmiral Raeder.
Furthermore, the album contains excellent shots of a Marine HJ training as well as the "Seesportschule der HJ Niederdonau" school. He was the commander of the school at some time.
The album comes with roughly 276 photos and numerous handwritten informations. It was compiled after the war with original photos by the veteran himself. We have not found out on his name but there is certainly a lot of room for additional research.
