An extremely rare Reichsluftschutzbund "RLB" dagger by Paul Weyersberg, Solingen. Worn only by Generalluftschutzführer and General-Hauptluftschutzführer. 1st pattern.
Gilded nickel-silver metal parts. Dark blue leather finished wooden grip. Attached blue enamelled "RLB" emblem. The pommel is slightly loose and can not be fastened as originally.
Clean blade. "Paul Weyersberg, Solingen" maker marked. Dark blue leather finished steel scabbard with gilt metal fittings. The screws look unopened.
Original attached leather hanger. Ring and clipper also gilded. Clipper fully working.
Slight difference in terms of the gold finish cause from the different materials being used which is absolutely ok like that.
