Wehrmacht M36 field tunic manufactured in 1939 worn by an Oberleutnant serving with Artillerie-Regiment 7. The tunic was period time modified for personal use of this officer. A new green collar was added, belt hooks were attached backened with leather, a small pocket was attached near the top button hole (vertikal button line). Cuffs were added to the sleeves.
Typical cotton lining with size stamps and a "H39" depot marking. Breast eagle attached by hand, collar tabs attached by machine. Both was certainly attached period time.
