Photo and document grouping to nightfighter ace and Knight's Cross recipient Hauptmann Heinz-August Augensteiner. He served as Staffelkapitän 7./NJG 1. He was shot down by a British fighter on 6./7.12.1944 near Münster, Germany. He was credited with 46 night victories including 45 four-engine bombers.
