Description
Important document grouping to Air Gunner Feldwebel Gerhard Wünsche serving as a pilot with Zerstörergeschwader 1, Zerstörergeschwader 26 and 10./Nachtjagdgeschwader 6. He served from 1.10.1939 until 30.4.1945 and was highly awarded.
Wünsche served as the air gunner of Peter Jenne from 19.12.1942 until 11.5.1944. Peter Jenne (1921 - 1945), a figher ace and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. On 2 March 1945, Peter Jenne was shot down and killed over Belzig. During his career he was credited with 17 aerial victories. Part of the grouping is his personal flight book listing over 400 flights from 1940 until 1945.
  
Oktober 1938 issued Wehrpaß with original attached photo and full of notes and entries.

The list of awards is signed by his "Gruppenkommandeur"  which was Hauptmann Martin Becker a night fighter ace credited with 58 aerial victories making him the tenth most successful night fighter pilot in the history of aerial warfare.
 
He was discharged on 30.4.1945 in Landshut. See note by Hauptmann Becker on page 25.
 
A list of his campaigns from 1941 until 1945 on page 32  and 33. Many "Nachtjagd" related notes. Information confirm he had at least 153 enemy missions. 
He was wounded to his leg during an attack on his aircraft as Hauptmann Becker noted on page 34. 
Wehrpaß with signs of age however in good condition 2.
 
 "Militärbordfunkerschein" radio gunner license with original photo. Original signature of Hauptmann and I./ZG 1 Gruppenkommandeur Wolfgang Schenck. 
Wolfgang Schenck was a Luftwaffe fighter ace and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves during World War II. ´Wolfgang Schenck was an important figure in the Luftwaffe's development of the fighter-bomber, as well as pioneering work in the use of the Me 262 jet-bomber.
 
Certificate to the Wound Badge in black. Issued on 9.5.1941. Condition 1.
Certificate to the Air Gunner Badge issued on 6.2.1941. Folded. Condition 3. 
Certificate to the Iron Cross 2nd Class to Gefreiter Wünsche serving with Erprobungs-Gruppe 210. Signed by Jagdfliegerführer Generalmajor Osterkampf. Condition 1.
Certificate to the Iron Cross 1st Class signed by Generaloberst Richthofen. Issued on 4.8.1942.  Condition 2.
Certificate to Squadron Clasp for Kampfflieger in bronze. Condition 1.
Certificate to Squadron Clasp for Jäger in silver. Z.G.1 stamped. Condition 1.
Both signed by Knight's Cross winner and ace Ulrich Diesing.
Certificate to the Honor Goblet awarded for "besondere Erfolge als Zerstörer" on 31.8.1943. Folded once. Condition 2.
 
Feldwebel promotion certificate dated 20.1.1944 signed by Gruppenkommandeur I./Z.G.26.
Additional period time paperwork including his flight book. 
 
Flight book issued on 3.6.1940 an endet on 28.4.1945. A treasure trove full of important notes. The majority of the flights were with Jenne in his Bf110 in the East. They had attached airfcrafts, tanks etc...  On 20.12.1943 he shot down three "Fortress". Two with their aircraft gun, one with a "Wurfgranate". On 11.5.1944, they crashed. One 2.4.1945, Falch and Wünsche had destroyed a truck. Due to the explosion of the truck, 1,5 meter of their Ju88 wing has destroyed.... only to name a few interesting events.
On 28.4.1945 it says: "Letzte Flug bei der Deutschen Luftwaffe". Overall, 421 flight are noted.
