Grey coth tunic with green-grey color collar. Two breast pockets with grey colored, RZM marked buttons. Unmarked grey front butttons attached with rings. One button missing.
RZM tag machine-attached to one of the inner straps. Hard to read since it is washed out but you can clearly read "RZM". The official text would read: "Jacke für angeschlossene Verbänder und Parteischulen".
