Description

Shoulder boards for an Unteroffizier serving with III. Jägerbataillon/Infanterie-Regiment 15. Green piping. Slip-on type. Machine-embroidered cyphers "15". So-called "Kurbelstickerei". Slight moth damage.

100 % matching pair. Good condition.

The members of the III. Jägerbataillon used a green piping instead of the white infantry. From tradition to the former Kurhessisches Jägerbataillon 11. The IR 15 was destroyed in 1943 in Stalingrad.
