Photo album of a Luftwaffe musician. It comes with roughly 121 photos and documents his service in France and on the Eastern Front. Some photos were taken out from the album.
Furthermore, a photo album of a Heer soldier named "Günter" serving with Jäger-Bataillon 5. The album starts on 22.10.1941 and shows his service in Russia. Shots of the front, winter camo clothing, military education and photos of his stay in a military hospital. Some handwritten information inside as well as a letter to his mother, dated "14.10.1943". The last note in the album is from Christmas 1944 in Russia. Including some postwar photos on the last pages. He survived the war!
