An early nickel-silver 1st pattern Luftwaffe dagger. So-called "Borddolch". Made by Robert Klaas, Solingen.
The tip of the blade is slightly bent, however, the rest in nice condition. "Robert Klaas, Solingen" maker marked. Dark blue leather finished grip. Intact wire wrapping. Pommel and crossguard with the typical sun wheel swastika on each side.
Dark blue leather finished scabbard with nickel-silver fittings. No dents. Including the matching chain. The snap-clip "A" (Assmann) maker marked and "DRGM" marked. Fully working.
