Early M35 Luftwaffe helmet with both eagles issued by the factory. This helmet must have seen some years of service. It was overpainted in the 1940s with "rough" grey paint. You can see the early blue factory paint underneath. About 80% of both paints are still covering the shell which comes with some rust.
The lining is original but not original to the shell. The strap is replaced. Soft leather!
ET64 marked shell. The eagle decal is about 50%. The national shield about 40%.
